Plastisol Products Warranty Limited Warranty
OCC Outdoors, Inc. warrants, to the original purchaser, that its OCC Outdoors, Inc. coated furniture products manufactured under the OCC Outdoors, Inc. brand will be free from steel fabrication defects (materials and/or workmanship) for five (5) years when subject to normal and proper use as furniture, and maintained in accordance with OCC Outdoors, Inc.’s instructions. Should any manufacturing defect occur within the first year of ownership, OCC Outdoors, Inc. will replace the defective parts or the product in its entirety at no charge to the customer. OCC Outdoors, Inc. also reserves the right to refund the amount paid by the original owner, excluding freight charges, on a prorated basis based upon the following schedule:

Year 1: Full replacement at purchased price, less freight
Year 2: 80% of purchased price, less freight
Year 3: 60% of purchased price, less freight
Year 4: 40% of purchased price, less freight
Year 5: 20% of purchased price, less freight

Furthermore, OCC Outdoors, Inc. warrants, the original purchaser, that the OCC Outdoors, Inc. coating used on the manufactured furniture products and coated under the OCC Outdoors, Inc. brand will be free from defects for three (3) years, when subject to normal and proper use as furniture, and maintained in accordance with OCC Outdoors, Inc.’s instructions. Should any coating defect occur, of any steel products coated under the OCC Outdoors, Inc. brand, within the first year of ownership, OCC Outdoors, Inc. may elect to repair or replace the product that is deemed defective at no charge. OCC Outdoors, Inc. also reserves the right to refund the amount paid by the original owner, excluding freight charges, on a prorated basis based upon the following schedule:

Year 1: 50% of purchased price, less freight
Year 2: 30% of purchased price, less freight
Year 3: 10% of purchased price, less freight

This warranty does not provide protection against any failure, defect, or damage caused by situations and events beyond normal use and exposure conditions, including but not limited to:

•Misuse, abuse, vandalism, or improper handling.
•Impact of foreign objects, fire, extreme heat, earthquake, flood, lightning, hurricane, tornado, or other casualties or acts of God.
•Scratching, biting, eating, or stripping of protective coating leading to esthetic deterioration or the exposure of metal caused by animals whether domestic or wild.
•Damage to materials to which the OCC Outdoors, Inc. products have been attached that may also result in
damage to the OCC Outdoors, Inc. products.

OCC Outdoors, Inc., will, at its sole discretion, determine whether product failure is the result of defects in materials and/or workmanship. Any sign of evidence of product tampering or misuse including but not limited to cutting or pinching of coating by use of any variety of tools or weapons can be a cause for the voiding of this warranty. Those products or components sold under the OCC Outdoors, Inc. brand name that are manufactured in part or in their entirety by a subcontractor and are coated with a coating not applied by any of OCC Outdoors, Inc.’s solely own facilities will be free from defects (materials and/or workmanship) for six (6) months when subject to normal and proper use as furniture. OCC Outdoors, Inc. branded products are not warranted against discoloration or other damage caused by air pollution (including but not limited to metallic oxides or metallic particles), mildew, exposure to harmful chemicals, or normal weathering results from exposure to the elements.

Manufacturers Limited Warranty
Normal weathering is defined as exposure to sunlight and extremes of weather and atmospheric conditions, that may cause any colored surface to gradually fade, chalk, or accumulate dirt or stains. The severity of any condition depends on the geographical location, the quality of the air, and other influences over which OCC Outdoors, Inc. has no control. OCC Outdoors, Inc. shall have sole discretion to determine whether the manufactured products are
weathering normally.
