Outdoors Creative Concepts, Inc. product Warranty
Outdoor Creative Concepts, Inc. (OCC) warrantees all of the products they manufacture against defects in material and or workmanship and in accordance with our published specifications.
Structural
Limited ten-year warranty against structural failure of all steel benches, tables, trash receptacles, planters, ash urns, bike racks and bollards, etc.
Paint
Limited one-year warranty against failure of all painted surfaces of all steel benches, tables, trash receptacles, planters, ash urns, bike racks and bollards, etc.
Should any failure occur within the warranty period, OCC, Inc., shall, upon written notification with pictures of the failure and how the failure occurred, and verification by OCC that the failure was due to a defect in material or workmanship will correct the part or parts either by repairing the defective part or parts or by supplying a new part or parts within 30 days or receipt of the written notification. OCC, Inc. shall at its expense, deliver the repair or new part or parts to the job site; however, OCC shall not be responsible for providing labor or incurring the cost of labor to remove the defective product, part or parts and install any repaired or new part or parts. All replacement parts shall be guaranteed for the balance of the original warranty period.
This warranty is valid only it the products have been installed for there intended use and provided the products have been properly maintained and inspected annually. This warranty does not cover claims for items that have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident or vandalism or have been modified, altered or repaired by anyone other than OCC or an authorized representative of OCC to modify, alter or repair the product.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic items, this warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness. In addition, no other warranty, oral, written, or implied, may be substituted for the warranty stated above. To the extent permitted by law, Outdoor Creative Concepts, Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
Chlorine or Salt Environments
If the product is used in or near a chorine or salt environment, i.e. near a pool or near a beach or coastal environment, the buyer is responsible for disclosing this information during the order process. An addition clear coat application may be recommended by your OCC representative at an additional cost for adding this extra level of protection. Failure to inform Outdoor Creative Concepts of this environment can and will void the warranty.
All claims made under the terms of this warranty must be received in writing along with a copy of the original invoice. Claims must be sent to Outdoor Creative Concepts, Inc. 6925 S. Carroll Road, Indianapolis, IN. 46259.
