Product description
All steel heavy duty welded construction recycle bin with galvanneal spun steel top with two heavy stainless steel cable anchors and heavy duty rotary molded 36-gallon polyethylene liner and anchor kit. Paint with our Zinc Advantage paint system that includes rich primer and super TGIC Polyester paint. Manufactured in Indiana.

Paint and paint preparation

Step 1 Sand blast complete unit too shiny metal and clean.
Step 2 Hand clean and inspect.
Step 3 Powder coat with 70% zinc rich primer.
Step 4 Partial oven cure primer.
Step 5 Powder coat with super durable TGIC polyester final coat.
Step 6 Complete oven cure final coat.
Option #2 (Good corrosion protection with graffiti resistance.)

Step 2 Hand clean and inspect.
Step 3 Powder coat with super durable TGIC polyester.
