4 tamper resistant nuts, 4 anchor studs, 4 washers and a cable assemble for anchoring the lid to the receptacle.

The tamper resistant nuts are design to be tightened down using a wrench when the preset torque of the nut is reached the hex portion of the nut brakes off leaving only a cone shape. The cone shop is very difficult to remove with out special tools.
