If within 7 days of delivery you wish to return the product, you will be responsible for shipping the item to us, and will be refunded the total amount paid minus shipping fee and 20% restocking fee. If 7 days have gone by since your product was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
(Example: If your order was $300 total including $20 shipping, we will refund $224. This is $300 minus $20, minus 20%. If we also prepared the return shipping for you, that will also be deducted from the refund.)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not ship your products to our office. We will provide a return shipping address and instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, minus restocking fee and original shipping fee.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you need to exchange for a different item, the first item is bound by the regular return policy and a new order will be created for the replacement. Please contact us if you would like an exchange.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
