OCC-358 46" Portable Square Table with 4 Seats and is available in 2 top and seat patterns, diamond or perforated. The top & seat frame are 11 gauge die formed angle, 1" x 1-7/8" with 3" radius corners.

The OCC-358-VC table top and seats are 3/4" diamond pattern and made from #9 expanded steel. The center support and mounting bracket understructure are 7 gauge x 1-1/2" flat bar. The top is additionally supported to the corners with 7 gauge x 1-1/2" flat bar and the seat end plates are made of 7 gauge flat steel plate reinforced with 3/16" x 1-1/2" flat strip. The entire structure is MIG welded.

The OCC-358-PC table top and seats are formed from 12 gauge sheet steel and is precision punched with 5/8" holes to create the punched hole (perforated) pattern. The center support and mounting bracket understructure is 7 gauge x 1-1/2" flat bar. The top is additionally supported to the corners with 7 gauge x 1-1/2" flat bar. The seat end plates are made of 7 gauge flat steel plate reinforced with 3/16" x 1-1/2" flat strip. The entire structure is MIG welded.

The top and seats are coated with oven fused functionalized polyethylene copolymer-based thermoplastic fluidized bed coating with superior mechanical performance, impact resistance and U-V stability and are available in 8 durable colors.

The frame is 1-5/8" O.D. x 14 gauge pre-galvanized structural steel tubing. The brace attachment points are 1-1/2" x 2" x 3/16" steel flat bar and the cross braces are 1" O.D. x 15 gauge pre-galvanized structural steel tubing. The top is attached with 7 gauge 2" x 2" die formed angle and the seat mounting points are 7 gauge x 1-1/2" die stamped steel flat bar. The legs are bent over a mandrel through the bend radius producing a wrinkle free bend and the entire structure is MIG welded. The frame coating is electrostatic powder coated, oven cured and is available in 13 colors. The steel framework and Powder Coat Process used in the OCC product line delivers one of the industry’s most durable protectivecoatings. OCC further enhances the durability by applying a superior powder coated finish. The process provides five layers of protection from harmful environmental elements, with very little
maintenance and is a very attractive finish

All of the fasteners are stainless steel.
