Description

OCC Outdoors Extra Heavy Duty 12' Shelter/Picnic Table with 3 Legs and Thermoplastic coated top and seats. The Oven-Fused polyethylene copolymer based fluidized thermoplastic coating has superior mechanical performance, impact resistance and UV-stability. The frame is electrostatically powder coated and oven cured.

The top and seats are 11 gauge die formed angle frame 1”x1-7/8” with 3” radius corners. Seat and tops are fabricated from a 12 ga. steel plate. Holes are precision punched at 5/8” diameter. 7 gauge x 1-1/2” flat bar center support and mounting bracket understructure all electrically MIG welded.

The frame is 2-3/8” O.D. x 12 gauge pre-galvanized structural steel tubing. Cross braces 1" O.D. x 16 gauge pre-galvanized structural steel tubing. The brace attachment points are 1-1/2”x1-1/2”x3/16” steel angle and the seat and top mounting points are 7 gauge x 1-1/2” die stamped steel flat bar. The legs are bent over a mandrel through the bend radius producing a wrinkle free bend. Holes are predrilled in legs for optional
surface mounting. The entire frame is electrically MIG welded.
