OCC-358-OVC - The top & seat frame are 11 gauge die formed angle, 1" x 1-7/8" and the OCC-358-OVC table and seats are 3/4" diamond pattern made  from #9 expanded steel. The center support and mounting bracket understructure is 7 gauge x 1-1/2" flat bar. The top is additionally supported to the corners with 7 gauge 1-1/2" flat bar. The seat end plates are made of 7 gauge flat steel plate reinforced with 3/16" x 1-1/2" flat strip. The entire structure is MIG welded.

OCC-358-OPC - Top & Seats: 11 gauge die formed angle frame 1”x1-7/8” and the OCC-358-OPC table and seats are 12  gauge of sheet steel and are precision punched with a 5/8” hole to create the punched hole pattern. The understructure/attachment plates are fabricated from 7 gauge x 1-1/2” flat bar. Top is additionally supported to the outer frame with 7 gauge x 1-1/2” flat bar. Electrically MIG welded.

The top and seats are coated with oven fused functionalized polyethylene copolymer-based thermoplastic fluidized bed coating with superior mechanical performance, impact resistance and U-V stability and are available in 8 durable colors.

The frame is 1-5/8" O.D. x 14 gauge pre-galvanized structural steel tubing and the brace attachment points are 1-1/2" x 2" x 3/16" steel flat bar. The cross braces are 1" O.D. x 16 gauge pre-galvanized structural steel tubing. The top is attached with 7 gauge 2" x 2" die formed angle and the seat mounting points are 7 gauge x 1-1/2" die stamped steel flat bar. The legs are bent over a mandrel through the bend radius producing a wrinkle free bend and the entire structure is MIG welded. The frame coating is electrostatic powder coated and oven cured and is available in 13 colors. The steel framework and Powder Coat Process used in the OCC product line delivers one of the industry’s most durable protectivecoatings. OCC further enhances the durability by applying a superior powder coated finish. The process provides five layers of protection from harmful environmental elements with very little maintenance and is a very attractive finish.
All of the fasteners are stainless steel.
