Description
This OCC Outdoors 46" octagon table is made with a walk-through design and the top and seats frame are die-formed 11 gauge angle frame 1" x 1-7/8" with a 7 gauge x 1-1/2" flat bar center support and mounting bracket understructure. The top is additionally supported to the corners with 7 gauge x 1-1/2" flat bar. The OCC-358-OV table top and seats are 3/4" #9 diamond pattern expanded steel. Top and seats are coated with oven fused functionalized polyethylene copolymer-based thermoplastic fluidized bed coating with superior mechanical performance, impact resistance and UV-Stability.
The frame is 1-5/8" OD x 14 gauge pre-galvanized structural steel tubing and the cross braces are 1.029 O.D. x 15 gauge pre-galvanized structural steel tubing. The brace attachment points are 1-1/2” x 2” x 3/16” steel flst bar and the sear mounting points are 7 gauge x 1-1/2"die stamped steel flat bar. The legs are bent over a mandrel producing a wrinkle free bend. Holes are predrilled in the legs for optional surface mounting. The frame assembly is MIG welded and the frame coating is Electrostatic powder coated, oven cured. All of the hardware fasteners are stainless steel.
