The Accessible Lat Pull Down strengthens shoulder, back, core and biceps, while building muscular endurance. This component primarily provides strength and endurance training while also offering ab and core benefits and increasing flexibility and range of motion. This double sided piece reserves one side for mobility device use, the other side has a seat available. Users grip handles and pull downward in a controlled manner engaging numerous upper body and core muscle groups.
