The Hand Cycle features a nylon seat for user comfort and ergonomically designed handholds to provide an easy grip for an aerobic upper body and muscle endurance workout. The magnetic resistance mechanism provides a smooth and balanced exercise. Meets ASTM

standards for outdoor fitness equipment and is for ages 13 and up.
