The Pet Waste-Bag Dispenser, which is made of 5/8" thick recycled HDPE plastic panels, comes as a kit with a matching 6 ft long 4 x 4 post for in-ground installation. Mount on concrete pad or other hard surface with our optional surface mount kit FP-SMMC. Perfect for dog parks, walking trails or any other areas where dogs visit.
